Stamp scam Stateside

The Toledo, Ohio Blade is all over the American connection to Afinsa, as an American scamster named Tom Noe is mixed up in this. The story is long and complicated, and I'm not sure that I get it myself, but you will definitely want to look at these stories:

Company tied to Noe pressed for information (November 29, 2005)

Part of the fun here is that Noe is accused of laundering contributions to the 2004 Bush campaign.
